Satcube wrapping up 2022

Join us in wrapping up an exciting 2022 & prepping for another big year! We’d like to take the opportunity to thank our family of customers and partners for making 2022 an amazing year. Satcube is on a trajectory of success, and we couldn’t have done it without you. Satcube on a success trajectory Compared to last year we're displaying a 250% revenue growth which is thanks to the hard work of our customers, partners and colleagues. Satcube has been working actively behind the scenes to bring critical connectivity to world-renowned organisations. We've entered new partnerships, met customers and partners at a industry events, and performed countless demos of the Satcube solution.

Amongst other strategic deliveries ensuring mission-critical communications around the globe, Satcube has multiple active projects in Ukraine alone, including media houses like CBS News, ABC News, ITV News as well as humanitarian and governmental organizations like the International Red Cross Geneva, UNHCR, US and European Governments.

The Satcube Team is growing As we increase sales and development, we’ve also focused on beefing up our team to ensure top quality delivery from all sides of the organization. We’re excited to share that that Satcube team has experienced 250% growth in 2022, adding additional 20 highly skilled professionals within development, production, sales and more.

New services: “Satcube Instant” online rental service In April, we introduced Satcube Instant, an online rental service providing the portable Satcube Ku terminal and high speed data packages (built on the Intelsat FlexMove network). The new service is delivering mission-critical satellite connectivity for media and humanitarian aid organisations in Ukraine including ITV Daytime, 7 News Australia and ICRC (International Red Cross).

Satcube introduced ESA astronaut new advisor, Christer Fuglesang

In September, we welcomed renowned ESA astronaut and physicist, Christer Fuglesang, as a special advisor. Swedish Fuglesang is a professor at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, a space advisor at Saab, and retired ESA Astronaut. Satcube aims to tap into his extensive vision, expertise, and knowledge in a wide range of topics.

A colorful array of events and activities in 2022 It‘s been a busy year with on-site conferences back on after the pandemic. The Satcube team met customers and partners around the globe at major industry events including Satellite Show, IBC, MilSatCom, NAB, AIDEX, and additional shows represented by our strategic partners – performing 100’s of Satcube Ku demos.


At this year’s Festival de Cannes, RFI - Radio France Internationale employed Marlink satellite services to share the entire festival experience to listeners from 150+ countries. Deploying the ultra-compact Satcube, RFI bypassed terrestrial network congestion and transmitted reliable audio files over IP.

Wildlife Conservation: Coffee with the turtles in Peru


With the support from Satcube and our partner Satcom Direct, we were excited to be a contributor to enabling the Wildlife Conservation Society to livestream the annual turtle nesting event from the Bolivian border. Read more here:

A visit from the European Space Agency

Partner news We have had an exciting year and much credit is due to our growing network of reseller partnerships. With tremendous support from our partners, we held over 100 live demos of the Satcube Ku portable satellite terminal to a wide variety of players including media, military, global NGOs, private tech companies and first responders. In addition, Satcube has continued to complete new integrations with leading partner technologies aimed at creating unique, value-added offerings in a variety of customer and operator verticals.

Help NGO

Natural disasters can cause severe damage to communication infrastructure. After devastating tornados in Kentucky, our partner Intelsat provided satellite connectivity through the Satcube to ensure first responders and rescue teams could execute critical operations. Read more here
